For purposes of this policy, “Covered Worker” means any employee, independent contractor, intern, trainee, volunteer, or other individual providing services to or on behalf of Carolina Pintos Therapy, PLLC (the “Company”). This policy does not create an employment relationship with any independent contractor, and does not alter any individual’s classification or the terms of any separate agreement.

Questions, Reporting, and Non-Retaliation
Anyone with questions or concerns about equal opportunity should raise them with Company management. Violations of this policy, including retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith, will result in corrective action up to and including termination of employment or of the contractual engagement. All Covered Workers must cooperate with investigations.
