Aesthetician Training Cost Agreement

Carolina Pintos Therapy, PLLC (the "Company") has agreed to pay for the Paramedical Areola + Scar Camouflage Combo Class for Carolina Marler (the "Employee") for the dates of 7/24/2024 - 7/26/2024, under the condition that the Employee will continue to work for the Company for at least one (1) year from the completion date of the training, allowing the Company to recover some of the costs of this investment.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the promise stated below, the Employee agree that:

The Company will pay the $3,999.00 for the course and cover all costs associated with the training, enabling the Employee to successfully complete the coursework. In return, the Employee agrees to share the acquired knowledge by training other staff members.
If the Employee fails to complete the training, does not achieve a passing grade, or does not attend the course, they will be required to reimburse the Company for the full cost. Additionally, if the Employee voluntarily leaves, is laid off, or is fired from the Company within one (1) year of completing the training, they agree to repay the training costs in full.
The Company reserves the right to withhold any paychecks to cover the reimbursement of the training costs and may seek additional payment if the paycheck does not fully cover the cost. The Employee authorizes the Company to seek compensation and remains personally liable for any unpaid balance.
This Agreement is governed by Texas law, and by signing this document, the Employee acknowledges that they fully understand the risks associated with signing this contract.

Let it be known that the Company and the Employee recognize that this Agreement is not intended to constitute any type of employment agreement or guarantee of continued employment. Let it also be known that the Company would not provide such training unless the Employee intended to continue to work for the Company and if the Employee did not severally agree to reimburse the Company in the event that the Employee voluntarily terminated his or her employment prior to one (1) years from the conclusion of the course.
