This document serves as a formal reminder and confirmation of the terms previously agreed upon in the Non-Competition Agreement dated between Carolina Pintos Therapy, PLLC (the "Company") and you (the "Employee" or "Contractor").

Acknowledgment and Confirmation:

Non-Competition Clause:
- As previously agreed, you are prohibited from engaging in employment or establishing a business that competes with the Company. This restriction applies for a period of one (1) year and within a 50-mile radius of our main office at 11777 Katy Freeway, Houston, TX 77079.
- Specifically, this includes operating your own business offering similar services to those provided by the Company.
Immediate Action Required:
- It has come to our attention that you currently own or work for a business that provides services similar to those offered by the Company. This directly impacts the validity of the original Non-Competition Agreement.
- You are required to close, quit, or cease all operations of your business within the specified Restricted Territory (50 miles from our main office) and for the specified Restricted Period (one year from the end of your employment or contract with the Company).
Penalties for Violation:
- Violation of these terms will result in an immediate fine of $10,000 as previously agreed upon in the original Non-Competition Agreement.
- This penalty is in place to protect the Company’s trade secrets, proprietary knowledge, and competitive edge.
Reminder of Legal Binding:
- This document is not a new agreement but a confirmation of the existing terms you have already agreed to. All conditions and restrictions outlined in the original Non-Competition Agreement remain in full effect.
