Re: Hourly Rate Increase

We are excited to share that, effective today, your hourly rate will increase by $1.00, from $22.00 to $23.00, in recognition of your work and contributions.

If you are a W-2 employee: the new rate applies to all hours worked on and after the Effective Date, and will be reflected in overtime and other premium calculations under the Timekeeping, Payroll, Tips, and Bonus Policy.

If you are an independent contractor: this letter, once signed by you, is the written agreement between you and the Company amending the hourly rate in your Engagement Letter, effective on the Effective Date. It applies to services documented on and after that date.

All other terms of your engagement or employment — including your status — remain unchanged.
