Re: Modification of Employment Terms and Salary Adjustment

We are excited to announce changes to the terms of your employment with Carolina Pintos Therapy, PLLC (the "Company"), effective 3/26/2024. This letter outlines these changes and the new conditions of your employment.

• Salary Adjustment: Your hourly pay rate will be increased by $4.25, bringing your new hourly rate from 27.81 to $32.06 (plus tips).
• Change in Employment Type: You will transition from a W2 employee to a contract-style employment arrangement.
• Vacation Policy: Under this agreement, while there is no limit on the number of vacations you may take, each vacation period cannot exceed two weeks in duration. Adequate notice for vacation requests is required to allow for company adjustments.
• Training and Development: The Company will invest in your professional development through specific training programs. In exchange, you agree to impart the knowledge gained from these courses to your colleagues, thereby enhancing our collective skills and services.
• Confidentiality: You agree to keep the details of this employment modification, including salary adjustments and terms, confidential and not to disclose them to external parties without explicit written consent from the Company.
