Compensation:

As a contractor, your compensation will be $2,500 per month (or $1,250 bi-weekly). Your role will include:

Developing and Executing a Vlog Series: Crafting a series of vlogs that delve into both the personal and professional life of Carolina Pintos. This will include sharing her journey as a Brazilian-American, a mother, and a business owner, providing a behind-the-scenes look at running Carolina Pintos Therapy.
Creating Engaging Social Media Content: Producing regular posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok that align with the themes of the vlog, emphasizing the intersection of Carolina’s personal life, her professional ethos, and the services offered by the clinic.
Storyboarding and Editing: Conceptualizing and editing content to ensure it aligns with the brand’s image and messaging goals.
Additionally, you will earn a 50% share of YouTube monetization for 1 year, encompassing the promotion, production, editing, and storyboarding of the vlog.

Vlog and Post Topics:

The journey of Carolina Pintos from Brazil to America and her success story.
Day-to-day life balancing motherhood and running a clinic.
Insights into post-surgery care and lymphatic therapy.
The process of creating custom Fajas and their importance in post-surgery recovery.
Tips for choosing the right therapy services and what sets Carolina Pintos Therapy apart.
Exploring the challenges and triumphs of working with family members in a business setting.
Guidance on starting a healthcare-related business, from concept to operation.

Conditions:

Your contract with Carolina Pintos Therapy, PLLC is “at-will,” meaning either you (the Contractor) or Carolina Pintos Therapy, PLLC (the Employer) may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without prior notice and with or without cause. Any changes to the terms of your contract must be made in writing and signed by both owners, Homero Rubim Miranda or Carolina Pintos Miranda.

You will be required to execute certain documents, such as a Content Ownership and Usage Agreement, Non-Disclosure Agreement, and Non-Competition Agreement, prior to beginning your contract with Carolina Pintos Therapy, PLLC. These agreements will be sent to you via email and stored on our server for the duration of our contract.
