Upon starting your role as Office Manager, you will participate in a structured training program lasting approximately two (2) weeks to one (1) month. This training is paid and includes specialized instruction unique to Carolina Pintos Therapy, including but not limited to:

• Internal systems and operational workflows
• Medical terminology and treatment protocols
• Patient coordination and compliance procedures
• Leadership and management training specific to our clinic environment

This training is proprietary and tailored specifically to our organization and is not general industry training.

The Company invests significant resources into this program, including paid training time, materials, and, where applicable, certifications or external training courses. The total estimated cost of this training is $2,000, which may increase if additional certifications or advanced training are provided.

Training Cost Reimbursement Agreement:

In consideration of this investment, you agree to the following:

• If your employment is voluntarily terminated or terminated for cause within 90 days of your start date, you agree to reimburse the Company for training costs
• Reimbursement will be pro-rated as follows:
  • 0–30 days: 100% of training cost
  • 31–60 days: 75%
  • 61–90 days: 50%
  • After 90 days: $0 owed

You acknowledge that these costs represent actual expenses incurred by the Company and are not a penalty.

Payroll Deduction Authorization:

To the extent permitted by Texas law, you hereby authorize the Company to deduct any outstanding training reimbursement amount from your final paycheck or any other amounts owed to you.

If the final paycheck is insufficient to cover the balance, you agree to repay the remaining amount within 30 days of termination.

Future Training and Advancement:

This agreement also applies to any future specialized training, certifications, or development programs funded by the Company in connection with promotions or expanded responsibilities.

Any such training will be documented in writing, including associated costs and applicable reimbursement terms.
