In order to book your appointment, we require a deposit which will be deducted from your treatment payment. This deposit guarantees your appointment has been booked. In case you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you please give us the courtesy of a 24-hours notice before your appointment/treatment. We charge a $60.00 deposit for in-office treatment and a $100.00 deposit for in-home treatment. Note: We accept a 24-hour fully refundable cancelation or rescheduling. If any cancelation or rescheduling request happens after this period, you forfeit your right to a refund.
