Service of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of Carolina Pintos Therapy, PLLC’s website, services, and programs. By scheduling an appointment, purchasing a package, participating in our rewards program, or opting in to SMS communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Rewards Program

Carolina Pintos Therapy offers a loyalty program in which patients earn one point for each visit. A reward of fifteen dollars off is applied on the fourth visit. Rewards may be used immediately or at a later date, and points may be transferred as virtual gift cards to family or friends. Points expire three months from the date of accrual. Double points promotions do not apply to in-home visits.

Booking an Appointment

All appointments require a deposit. The deposit for therapy or massage is sixty dollars, for facials thirty dollars, and for VelaShape, Lip Blushing, and Muscle Toning one hundred dollars. Deposits are applied to the total cost of treatment. In-home treatments must be paid in full at booking. Appointments are confirmed once the required deposit is received.

Package Purchases

We offer package deals of six sessions for certain treatments, including slimming, cellulite, and muscle toning. Package pricing offers a better value than individual sessions. Patients may credit up to two prior single sessions toward the cost of a package. Once a package is purchased, deposits are not required for subsequent sessions. Missed sessions will be charged at the full session price and are non-refundable.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Because appointments are reserved exclusively for you, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least forty-eight hours in advance. Failure to provide proper notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Late Arrivals

Our schedule is designed to accommodate patients consecutively. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid delaying other patients.

Future Charges

If a system failure prevents payment from being processed at the time of service, we may charge the card on file at a later date or issue an invoice. If an error occurs, a full refund will be issued.

COVID-19 Policy

All patients must complete a COVID-19 screening before each appointment. Patients reporting symptoms or recent exposure may not be treated until providing proof of a negative COVID-19 test. Refunds are granted if a positive test result is presented in the patient’s name.

Promotions and Advertised Discounts

Unless otherwise specified, promotions and advertised discounts apply only to the first session and may not be combined with gift card use.

Treatment Requirements

Certain treatments are not recommended during pregnancy or for patients with specific conditions. A doctor’s note may be required before beginning treatment. Patients under eighteen require parental or guardian consent, and patients under sixteen require the parent or guardian to be present in the room during treatment.

Acknowledgment of Risks

Patients acknowledge that treatments may cause side effects such as bruising, swelling, redness, abrasion, or lymphorrhea. By receiving services, patients waive claims against Carolina Pintos Therapy, PLLC, its employees, or associates for these effects to the extent permitted by law. While we comply with state and CDC infection control guidelines, we cannot guarantee patients will not be exposed to illness, including COVID-19.

SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS communications from Carolina Pintos Therapy, including appointment reminders, promotional discounts, flash sales, advertisements, and account notifications. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies but is expected to be up to four messages per month. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP.” For assistance, reply “HELP.” Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Website Terms of Use

By accessing our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and applicable laws. You are granted a limited license to view and temporarily download content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, reproduce, redistribute, reverse engineer, or remove proprietary notices from site content. The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the site. Site content may change at any time without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any claims shall be brought in the courts of Texas unless otherwise required by law.
