What Is CO2 Carboxy Gel?
CO2 Carboxy Gel is applied to the treatment area. The mixed gel generates carbon dioxide while it remains in contact with the skin. It does not inject gas under the skin and is not hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
We select the formulation for your treatment area and review how it fits your skin-care plan.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is CO2 Carboxy Gel?
A topical gel treatment applied to the skin. We offer separate options for the face, body, and intimate care.
Is CO2 Carboxy Gel a hyperbaric treatment?
No. A topical gel mask is not hyperbaric oxygen therapy. They use different methods and should not be described as equivalent treatments.
Are the face, body, and intimate-care gels interchangeable?
No. The formulation and application instructions depend on the treatment area. Use only the product recommended for that area.
Is CO2 Carboxy Gel the same as injectable carboxytherapy?
No. This page covers topical gel only. Injectable carboxytherapy delivers CO2 under the skin through a needle and is a separate procedure.
When can I use body gel after surgery?
Follow your surgeon’s guidance. We review incision closure and surgical clearance before applying gel to a post-surgical area.
Is there downtime after CO2 Carboxy Gel?
Gel application is non-invasive. Ask about aftercare for your skin condition and any recent procedure. Individual reactions can vary.
Does CO2Lift V contain hormones?
The manufacturer describes CO2Lift V as non-hormonal. Review the exact product and ingredients with our team before treatment.
How soon will I notice a difference?
Changes in hydration and appearance vary. We review your goals without promising a specific result or timeline.
How many sessions should I book?
Three-session and six-session packages are available. Your treatment area, goals, and skin response help guide the plan.
Does CO2 Carboxy Gel replace scar-tissue treatment?
No. Topical skin care and scar-tissue treatment serve different purposes. Firm areas, lumps, or tightness after surgery may need a separate assessment.
Can I treat more than one area?
Ask our team before booking. We will confirm the appropriate formulations and appointment time for the areas you want to address.
Who should check with a medical provider first?
Tell us about pregnancy, allergies, active skin irritation, open wounds, medical conditions, and recent procedures. We may recommend medical clearance or postponing treatment.
Why choose Carolina Pintos Therapy for CO2 Carboxy Gel?
We review the treatment area, select the appropriate formulation, and explain application and follow-up care. You can also discuss related skin-care or post-op services.
