Why should I buy a package instead of buying just one session?
Packages are ideal for clients who want a more complete treatment plan and more consistent results over time. Many of our services work best when sessions build on each other, especially for post-op recovery, lymphatic drainage, body contouring, skin treatments, laser hair removal, and scar tissue work.
A package also gives you better value compared to booking each session individually, helping you stay committed to your care while saving money.
What if I start a package and decide it is not right for me?
Our goal is always to make sure you feel comfortable with your treatment plan. If you are not happy with your progress or feel the package is no longer the right fit, please speak with our team as soon as possible.
We can review the sessions you have already used and discuss available options. In some cases, we may be able to adjust the package so you are only responsible for the sessions already completed at the regular session rate.
What happens if I miss a package session?
Package appointments follow the same cancellation and rescheduling policy as regular appointments. Because your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, we require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
If proper notice is not provided, the session may be forfeited or charged according to our policy. Packages are discounted to provide better value, so the same scheduling policies still apply to protect appointment availability for all clients. Carolina Pintos Therapy’s Terms state that cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Why does online booking only let me schedule one package session?
When you purchase or self-book a package online, the system may only allow you to schedule your first session. This helps prevent booking errors, timing issues, or confusion when multiple appointments are needed.
After your first appointment is booked, our team will help schedule the remaining sessions either at checkout, by phone, or after your first visit once we understand your treatment plan and recommended timing.
Will someone call me to schedule the rest of my package?
Yes. If you purchased a package and only scheduled one appointment online, our team will call you to help book the remaining sessions. You can also call us directly at 713-474-4774 for scheduling help.
Can I upgrade from a single session to a package?
In some cases, yes. If you recently had a single session and decide you want to continue with a package, please speak with our front desk. Carolina Pintos Therapy’s Terms currently state that patients may credit up to two prior single sessions toward the cost of a package.
Do I have to pay for the full package upfront?
Package purchases are typically paid upfront so you can receive the discounted package price and avoid paying at each visit. For clients who prefer payment flexibility, financing may is available through the payment plan page on the website.
Do I need a deposit for every package session?
Once you’ve purchased your package, you won’t need to make a separate deposit for each remaining sessions. You might see a deposit with a full discount as a placeholder, but no additional payments are required when you make that initial purchase.
Can I mix different treatments in one package?
Some packages are designed around a specific treatment goal, so treatment types usually cannot be interchanged. For example, a cellulite package cannot be switched to a slimming package because each plan uses a different approach and protocol.
That said, we want every client to feel comfortable with their treatment plan. If something is not working for you, our team can review your progress and discuss possible adjustments based on your individual situation. In general, we recommend staying with the original treatment plan so we can give your body the best opportunity to respond and achieve the intended results.
Can I use my package at either location?
Clients may be able to schedule package sessions at the location that works best for them, depending on service availability, provider availability, and the equipment needed for the treatment.
Please call us before booking if you need to split your sessions between Memorial and The Woodlands.
Do package sessions expire?
Packaged sessions don’t expire and can be transferred.
What if I need to pause or end my package?
If you need to pause or end your package for medical reasons, please contact our team as soon as possible. We understand that medical situations can change, and we will review your package based on the sessions you have already completed.
If a refund is approved, the package value will be calculated based on the total package price and the number of sessions included. Any completed sessions will be deducted, and the remaining unused session value may be refunded according to your situation and our package policy.
Our goal is to be fair while also making sure your treatment plan, safety, and overall experience are handled with care.
